This is an URGENT call to five days of concerted prayer from September 21st through the 25th. We are calling the Church in our region to fast, pray, and release the “sound of the Lord’ this week!
This Friday, September 25, Muslims are calling for a Muslim Day of Prayer in Washington DC. They are calling for 50,000 Muslims to gather and pray on the DC Mall.
In the midst of this rising tide of Islamic boldness and influence in our nation, we are sounding the spiritual alarm to awaken the praying church this week. We must declare that our God is above every other god! Remember that our fight is not against Muslims, it is against principalities, powers, and forces of darkness.

Monday: Read Psalm 149 - Key verses: Pslam149:4-6 (NLT) - “For the Lord delights in his people, he crowns the humble with victory. Let the faithful rejoice that he honors them. Let them sing for joy as they lie on their beds. Let the praises of God be in their mouths, and a sharp sword in their hands. *Declare the high praises of our God today! Shout to Him, Praise His Holy Name! Make a joyful noise before Him today!
Tuesday:Read 1 Chronicles 16:23-36, Colossians 2:15-17 - Key verses: 1 Chronicles 16:25-27 (NLT) - “Great is the Lord! He is most worthy of praise! He is to be feared above all gods. The gods of other nations are mere idols, but the Lord made the heavens! Honor and majesty surround him; stength and joy fill his dwelling.” Key verse: Colossians 2:15 (NIV) - And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross. *Declare the fear of the Lord and the worth of Jesus Christ over this nation and the gathering on Friday! Declare the victory is won at the cross! Shout aloud!
Wednesday: Read Psalm 135:1-6 - Key verses: Psalm 135:5-6 (NLT) - I know the greatness of the Lord - that our Lord is greater than any other god. The Lord does whatever pleases him throughout all heaven and earth, and on the seas and in the depths. *Declare that a fresh revelation of the greatness of our God goes forth across our nation! Sing a new song today! Shout before Him!
Thursday: Read Isaiah 59:19-21 - Key verse: Isaiah 59:19 (AMP) - So [as the result of the Messiah's intervention] they shall [reverently] fear the name of the Lord from the west, and His glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him and put him to flight [for He will come like a rushing stream which the breath of the Lord drives]. *Declare that the Spirit of the Lord is intervening and raising up a standard against the enemy! Shout to the Lord, for He is Might to save!
Friday: Read Psalm 47, Psalm 99:1-3 - Key verses: Psalm 47:1,5-6 (AMP) - O clap your hands, all you peoples! Shout to God with the voice of triumph andsongs of joy! God has ascended amd shouting, the Lord with the sound of a trumpet. Sing praises to God, sing praises! Sing praises to our King, sing praises! Psalm 99:1-3 (NIV) - The Lord reigns, let the nations tremble; He sits enthroned between the cherubim, let the earth shake. Great is the Lord in Zion (in our Nation); He is exalted over all the nations. Let them praise your great and awesome Name - He is holy! *Find another person or a group and Shout to God with a voice of triumph! Clap your hands and sing praises to Him together! *Declare that God reveals His power and might over the gathering at the DC Mall. Pray for a mighty rain, flashes of lightning, and peals of thunder from the heavens!
